Louise Patrick MCSP. SPR
Louise qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1984 at Guys Hospital in London and was then delighted to be offered the role of junior/general physiotherapist for a year. Louise moved to Peterborough district hospital in 1985, again as a junior/general physiotherapist, and later as a Senior 1 and 2 physiotherapist, specialising in outpatients, sports injuries and musculoskeletal injuries, treating patients of all ages, occupations and sporting interests.
In 1990 she moved to Suffolk and for 11 years took the post of Senior 1 physiotherapist in the Occupational Health department at Ipswich Hospital, where I treated and trained staff of a wide variety of occupations and advised on ergonomics.
Framlingham Physiotherapy Practice was established in 1997 and enjoys a good relationship with local Consultants, GP’s and sports clubs.
Louise is immersed in the world of horses, both owning and treating horses with my passion leading to my qualifying as a member of the Society of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Physiotherapy in 2005.

Louisa Steed MSCP
Louisa qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2006. She gained a range of experience first working within a “Day and Treatment Team” including Neurological conditions, Orthopaedics and general rehabilitation. She then worked in a quick response community team alongside this she worked within a local Rugby team.
For the last 7 years she has been working as a senior physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and teaching private Pilates classes. She is a trained acupuncturist for the treatment of pain, women’s health problems (including fertility and menopause) and facial rejuvenation.

Vishnu Jayan
Vishnu qualified as a Batchelor of Physiotherapy in 2013, at BCF College of Physiotherapy in Kerela, India, following this with a Masters degree.
He worked since qualifying, principally as a Musculo-skeletal clinician in the Kerela Health service, during which time, he also developed his Neurological skills with much further education in both MSK and Neurology.
In 2022, he and his wife, who works as a nurse at the Ipswich Hospital, relocated to the UK, where Vishnu has continued developing and working in the Musculo-skeletal field.
He has extensive skills and post graduate training in muscle balance, myofascial release, ergonomics, acupuncture and taping.
On arriving in the UK he worked as a Senior Physiotherapist for the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust before joining our team.
Vishnu, although enjoying treating back and neck conditions, has a particular interest in sport. With his Indian heritage and experience, he has a good understanding of cricket, football and kick boxing, and has worked with various football teams back in Kerela.
He is a man of great empathy and compassion with all age groups, taking time to listen and formulate a plan for your treatment.

Fiona Mealing – Nutritional Therapy, Food Intolerance Testing, Phlebotomy
Fiona Mealing Dip.ION qualified from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in July 1999 having completed 3 years training and is a full member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, The Nutritional Therapy Council and The Complementary and Healthcare Council.
Fiona regularly attends independent post-graduate courses recommended by the British Association and also independently carries out research for both clients and courses she is running independently.
Fiona qualified in January 2016 as a Phlebotomist with Surrey Pathology Services and further training at Ipswich Hospital and offers a Phlebotomy service.
Charges range from £30.00 to £60.00 for a blood draw depending on the complexity of the test and whether the sample needs centrifuging.

Rachel Welsh – Homeopathy & Kinesology
Rachel is a kinesiology practitioner using the NAET protocol for allergy testing and elimination.
This therapy not only identifies allergens that are putting your body under strain but also helps you to rebalance so you can cope better with the symptoms you are experiencing. The therapy uses a combination of kinesiology and acupressure and is a gentle yet effective therapy suitable for young and old alike.
Rachel is a professional Homeopath registered with the Society of Homeopaths. Alongside Homeopathy she offers Bach Flower Therapy and uses kinesiology for Allergy testing using the NAET method. She is also a Homeobotanical Therapist, a therapy that uses tinctures to promote health using organic herbs, sourced in green, clean New Zealand. She is also a Presentchild Translator, a therapy that can really help to improve communication within the family unit, thereby reducing anxiety and stress for both parents and children. With a background in education Rachel also helps children who may need support with their physical or emotional development.

Zoe Hyde – Podiatry
Zoe provides a full range of Podiatry/Chiropody treatments to diagnose and treat your foot problems, some of which include: nails care; removal of hard skin/callus; corns; verruca. Zoe will assess the general condition of your feet, circulation, sensation and can provide a diabetic assessment. Foot care advice will also be given to help you maintain your feet for a variety of foot health problems.
Zoe is able to provide Biomechanical assessments and provide advice and further treatment such as insoles and orthoses depending on the condition. Zoe is able to work closely with the physiotherapy team to provide the best possible care for you.

Tamara Scully – Clinical Psychologist
Tamara is an experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience in the NHS. Tamara is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Tamara specialises in working with children, young people and their families. She provides psychological assessment, consultation, formulation and treatment. Tamara has worked in a variety of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Teams (CAMHS) over the course of her career. She moved to Suffolk in 2013 and has been working in a local CAMHS team for the past five years.
Tamara is committed to working with individuals and families in a professional, non-judgmental and honest manner. She does this by using evidence based psychological approaches and building on individual resilience and family strengths.

Dr Vikki Powell – Consultant Psychologist and Coach
Vikki is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with experience of working in both private and NHS healthcare settings. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Vikki specialises in working with adults impacted by trauma, and uses EMDR to help individuals effectively move beyond their difficult past. She also provides psychological consultation and therapy for a range of presenting problems including insomnia, anxiety, adjustment disorders and interpersonal / relationship problems.
Vikki offers a reassuringly professional, caring and non-judgmental approach, backed up by over 20 years of experience in using psychology to understand what works when helping people in their personal and professional lives. Central to her approach is a focus on using evidence-based interventions to develop resilience, insight and pragmatic coping strategies.
These same principles apply in her work as a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, where she typically helps individuals to progress professional and/or life goals. She has particular skill in combining her counselling and coaching expertise in one tailored service to help professionals recover from work burnout, or regain confidence following a professional crisis or career adversity.
Vikki offers in-person and on-line appointments, and is registered with a number of insurance providers, including Bupa and AXA.

Natacha Song
Natacha holds dual (British and French) nationality and has studied at three of the world’s top 100 universities. She completed her primary and secondary education at schools and lycées in the New Hebrides (Vanuatu), Hongkong and France before attending the University of Paris VII where she earned a degree (3 years + ‘maitrise’) in Chinese studies and the evolution of Chinese writing. Then she worked briefly in Paris before further studies, in Shanghai (at Fudan University and the Shanghai University of TCM), managing a well-known retail Lifestyle chain and founding her own lifestyle retail outlet in the city, sourcing her stock around East Asia.
After living in China, Singapore and Thailand – she moved to London. She founded Dragon Song Healing Ltd. As its first Director. Natacha studied at SOAS (University of London) and was awarded a post-graduate Diploma as a Teacher of Chinese-as-a-foreign language. In 2019, she undertook a three-year course at the City University (London) and, on successful completion, became a UK Licensed Acupuncturist and a Member of the British Acupuncture Council.
Natacha is qualified to offer services as follows:

Suffolk Menopause Clinic
Helen has been a GP in rural Suffolk since 1993, during which time she has endeavoured to maintain the ethos of a holistic family practice. She has always had a particular interest in women’s health and became one of the first British Menopause Society accredited Menopause Specialists.
We provide individualised evidence-based advice and treatment for all women experiencing the perimenopause and the menopause following NICE and BMS guidelines. We strive to relieve symptoms, enhance quality of life and improve long-term health.
